Anybody know where to go to drop a url somewhere about my comic book?

I didnot know they evidently have rules around here for stuff like this.

Im not looking for lots of money out of it, id just like to be able to buy better 3d objects and make better stories out of them and maybe get better newer equipment to speed up the creative process. :)
