As emails had to be shut off because of spammers abusing the notification system no direct reset option is available.
Change password is of course,when you still remember it
But I can use admin powers to change passwords for "random" accounts.
As you two obviously already have new accounts a PM seems to be the wisest course of action.
It should state for what account you want the change.
I can then set a temporary password, that I can mail to the mail address given in that account.
