I just realized from watching those 2 videos is that the content is somehow cut and the scenes also look cut in the transitions.

I think those episodes arent totally full..
now i need to find the full episodes, its hard to see them from my country.

For everyone asking, this is from an Indonesian show called "1001 Kisah: Peterpan & Buku Dongeng Ajaib"

I guessed it was Indonesian, I've seen a couple other shows that looked like it.
