Supers vs the evil Pocketeers

"Um, yes sir. I'll let them know, sir." The Sixth Sense left the room, walked a far enough distance away from the room, and sat down to calm his nerves. He looked towards the ghost, "That was... more intense then I thought it would be."

[Elana]

"But you didn't shrink him. You promised to help"

[chocolatejr9]

"And I plan to keep that promise. We're just going to have to change things up a bit. Say, you wouldn't mind if I summoned another ghost, would you? Or would you rather haunt this guy yourself?"

[Elana]

"Well, I'm afraid I can't do much. So anything more powerful might be helpful"

[chocolatejr9]

"Alright. Here goes." The Sixth Sense focused and prepared for summoning.

chocolatejr9 rolled 2d6+9 and got a total of 18:

The sixth sense concentrates and a person covered in algae appears in front of him

What is this metal abomination doing in my ocean? Are you responsible for this?

He looks at the sixth sense angrily.

[chocolatejr9]

"No, actually. But I do know that the person who IS responsible is in that room over there." The Sixth Sense points over to the room where the Pocketeer boss was.

[Elana]

Then lets bash in his head. And then remove this monstrum from my ocean.

The spirit walks to the door and kicks it in.
Ready to start a fight

The Sixty Sense turns to the first ghost, "I'll go ahead and see if I can shrink the boss, assuming that other ghost doesn't kill him first. Do you think you can find the other shrinkees while I'm doing that?"

[Elana]

"Affirmative"

meanwhile the ghost and the Lord Pocketeer initiate combat.

Elana rolled 2d6+9 and got a total of 13:

(Quick question: if I were to use the shrink ray (which I believe I have, but I don't remember), what would I need to roll?)

((Hm, normally body + power(so 5), but considering that it is stolen equipment..the power of the normal pocketeer equipment was 6.(, So a 7 considering your body score)))

The Sixth Sense took cover, trying not to get spotted by the boss. He took as careful of an aim as he could, and fired at the boss.

The Lord Pocketeer shots some sort of particle weapon at the ghost. And the spirit dissipates.


"Aaaah, this seems unwise. We need bigger weapons"
The little ghost flees through a wall.

The Sixth Sense follows, minus the "going through the wall" part, but heading away from the Lord. He looked around, hoping to find something that could help him get to the hostages.

[Elana]

As you run alarm klaxons sound.
And then the pre recorded voice of "Intruder alert. Chameleon protocol applies"

But on the good side as you run you can now see helpful signs that say exit guiding your way

"Alrighty. That's gonna be helpful." The Sixth Sense looked around, "Now hopefully, the ghost can find those tinies. I don't want to have to leave without them."

[Elana]

Just to avoid misunderstandings.
Are you saying you follow the arrows to the exit?

(Would it be easier to just go to the exit? I was hoping to do something about the hostages, but I didn't know if that was still an option.)

[Elana]

((Sure it is an option. That is the miracle of playing with humans, You have myriads of options))

The Sixth Sense, now trying to be extra catious now that the alarms were off, decided to look and see if he could find where the hostages were, assuming that things didn't get any worse.

[Elana]

Well, for it being an alarm situation not many guards are around, so you have ample time to search and eventually you find the room filled with terrariums holding the girls captive.

The Sixth Sense looked around, checking one last time that no guards were around, and began opening the terrariums. "I'm here to save you." He explained quickly to the ladies. He set up the "Rabbits Hat" Oxnard gave him earlier, "Get in here and you'll be safe. Hurry!"

[Elana]

The tiny girls seem to belief that everything is better then being stuck in Terrariums and sometimes get experimented on.
And so they basically jump at the chance to get put in a bag

The bag was revealed to be an upgraded teleporter that lead on to a small island which was part of Oxnard's estate. He had this planned out before taking off in the stealth sub with the Six sense and his ghost. He readied an army of nanobots and had an island made as a temporary sanctuary in order to get a reverse ray or have to build one by scratch. The reason for teleporting the women was to make it seem like Oxnard was looking out for their saftey; he technically was and this could bring him some good publicity but it had one small catch in the form of a tiny woman still in his mansion. He would have to find her later. For now his upcoming guest were do to be teleported thanks to the device disguised as a bag.
