Once he managed to get the hostages to safety, the Sixth Sense found a place to set up the targeting relay. "This probably isn't the "center" of the base, but it'll have to do." Before activating it, though, he called out, "Hey ghost! We have to get going!"

You don't get a replay.
But that might just mean that the tiny ghost is scouting around somewhere so she can warn you of danger.
At least that is what you hope is the case

"Dang it, I didn't take this into account." The Sixth Sense quickly looked around one last time, hoping to see the ghost, but not leaving the relay behind. "I hope ghosts can withstand whatever's about to happen." Reluctantly, he activated the relay and escaped using the Stage Left.

By activating the Stage Left, Six Sense activates a door sized portal leading back to the submarine. The relay begins to send off a signal

The teleportation isn't a problem, neither is the signal relay.

But now I need to know what you want to attract with it...and most likely I also need a mind+power roll to see how good it works(unless the effect is rather week)

(The relay is meant for an orbiting satellite system. Once activated, the system will take a ten minute warm up before firing a linked Ionic Beam at the relay transmitter; which is innthe base. This is drastic but the warsuit isn't cabaple of underwater pressure resistance so this move is like a last resort. Sort of why I threw in the teleportation and evacuation. Imput may vary)

The Sixth Sense called out one last time, "Time to go!" in hopes of the ghost hearing him, before stepping through the portal.

Well, I think ten minutes passing can be easily hand waved.
But the ionic beam still calls for a mind power roll, to see how good (or crappy) your implementation actually is

Elana looks down to see a black dog. It holds a monopoly board in its mouth, laying it at Elana's feet. Looking up at her, it says "wooooh wooo woooor wooow."

Oxnard began controlling the sub to move farther from the base. He had to push the engines while calculating the trajectory of the beam. Seven minutes remained before the beam was ready. He turned to see the sixth sense. "Did you find the hostages?" He asked.

"Yup. The hostages were relieved to be taken to... whereever they went." The Sixth Sense looked towards Oxnard, "They're going to be okay, right?"

"Trust me or not they're safer then us right now," Oxnard cranked up the tribune speed and yanked down on a leaver. The sub moved further as five minutes remained. "You may want to hold onto something and pray to whatever god is up there."

The Sixth Sense proceeded to strap into his seat, hoping that things didn't get problematic at the last second.

Two minutes remained. Up in space Oxnard's satellites formed up as each one finished receiving targeting information. Oxnard strapped in and braced himself as his passenger had. This was it. That satellites began linking up and charging up the ion turbines into their reflectors. (Mind power is by 5)

Now lets see what the other side can get (not a plain number comparision, as that is not something htey had planned for)

Elana rolled 2d6+16 and got a total of 22:

So 3 level attack, against a 4 success defense...but the station was not made to withstand such an attack, so it is halved for the station.


In other words, you just destroyed the pocketeers base.

(Sure the Lord Pocketeer survived..but that sounds like something for a different story)

The shockwave from the blast spread far. The submarine felt to turbulence before maintaining it's trajectory. Oxnard calculated the damage ratio and was suspired. Though the damage wasn't the best it did manage to destroy the base. He sighed in relief thinking that he'd helped stop the Pocketeers. Creating a growth device would be simple if he studies the acquired weapons of the Pocketeers. And with multiple shrunken hostages safe from harm, the public would think he and the sixth sense were heros.......all the more easier to keep the masses fooled.

Yes, let them believe in facefront value for Oxnard shall have a new weapon unlocked innhis arsenal for prophet and for defense. All too easy.
