Supers vs evil Pocketeers part 2

"Hey hey hey! We don't need to damage these cars!" This might be a bit harder than the Sixth Sense thought...

[Prof Sai]

Rex brings Sixth Sense the bumper. Is that what he wants?

[chocolatejr9]

"Um... no, we probably won't be needing this." The Sixth Sense motioned for Rex to follow him. "Come on! We're off to that mansion!"

[Elana]

Are you sure that this is safe?

[chocolatejr9]

"Well, the guy there knows me, at least. Plus, just in case, I have a power of my own, if you know what I mean." Not that he would have to use it, hopefully. "Don't worry. The sooner we get there, the sooner we can get this whole thing worked out." And with that, the Sixth Sense led the way to the mansion.

[Elana]

I should probably mention that the freezing attack, might have been caused by me, when I triggered some intrusion counter measure

"Counter measure? Were you trying to take something?"

[Elana]

Technically I was only having a look around. And I was only paid to gather information, not objects

The Sixth Sense thought about that for a moment, then said, "You might want to explain yourself to him, then. He's a bit... attached to his own devices..."

I have the feeling there is a difference between normal attachment and trying to liquify the air

"But I never said it was normal..."

[Prof Sai]

::Curls up on Sixth Sense's lap and goes to sleep. ::

[chocolatejr9]

"Um... Rex? Do you mind walking just a little longer? The mansion isn't too far..."

[Elana]

True, but freezing everything isn't even close to what someone would think acceptable behavior is, that is even beyond psychopathic mass murderer. This is more akin to make the Joker look normal behavior.

[Prof Sai]

Wooo!

The Sixth Sense sighed, "Let's just get over there before Crazier Joker decides to do something regretable." Yep, this was NOT how he planned on spending his day...

[Elana]

I have to wonder, why? It sounds incredible dangerous

[Prof Sai]

Arriving at the manson, Rex runs up to a familiar tree. She does her double jump, first onto a think branch, and then through the same second floor window as last time. It doesn't go crash this time. Rex must be getting better at this.

"That dog sure is an energetic one." The Sixth Sense was trying to respond to the shrinkee's earlier inquiry, though he didn't exactly know how to phrase it.

:: Looks back out the window, expecting SS to follow her. ::

[Elana]

Wow look at all the damage to the walls. Guess shock freezing a building is really bad for it.

[Prof Sai]

Now then, is there food here? Rex starts exploring and following any food scents that may whift by.

"Geez, and I thought not paying the heating bill would be bad enough." The Sixth Sense looked around, hoping to find Oxnard, "I know this place a bit. We should find him eventually, assuming he's still here."

Oxnard still layed on the ground of his lab unconscious. His suit slowly defrosted but he was out cold; most likely recovering sleep from his lack of it durring the week. His computer did not locate the sixth sense but instead played the movie of the same name with Bruce Willis.

A secondary monitor picked up two lifeforms but recognized the humanoid one as someone with clearance; the sixth sense. The other being a K9.

Across from the warsuit and it's force of impact on the floor was the plexiglass tank of his police pet who had awoken some time ago and was examining her unconscious captor from the wall of her tank. It is unknown what she was thinking but odds are it was probably a plot of escape or the rejoice of karma.....or both.

If most of me was frozen solid out there the temperature in here must have been really low. If he was inside I am not sure that we want to find him. But then again, it is probably the best time to look safely around. I don't suppose you know if Oxnard had anything like a safe room installed?
