It's quite a while into Gantz before you get to this stuff. Is that book 335, page 14?

More giantess that SW, but so far she's only giant near the woman she likes, so, that's cool. Plot goes that vampire hooks up with a woman because she needs her special blood. The woman is a titan who shrinks down to live in normal society, but once a month hides in her apartment and returns to her normal size.
This is... cute, more than anything. Very cute. Like, 'want to pat them on the heads' cute. Not much content for us here, but... still.

Not that I know of, sadly the anime version doesn't follow the manga 100%.
Maybe I've missed it, the whole series is available here:

Chinese manhua imaginatively titled
My 4-Inch Girlfriend. (我的女友12CM) Guess what it's about. Don't expect anything too naughty though.

Kozuma no Kobito no Kenshin Recipe
Not out in English yet. The gist through DeepL:
Shizuru Omori works for a black company. He feels lonely being single, but women avoid him because of his strong face, and he spends his days without meeting anyone at all due to his daily work.
One day, he returns home exhausted, only to find Mint, the fairy, sitting on his doorstep! Moreover, before he knew it, he was supposed to be asking her to marry him, and she declared herself Shizuru's wife.
However, the magical food she cooks is heavenly and she is fascinated by Mint who spoils her so much....
Will Shizuru and the dwarf Mint be able to live a married life together?
Dedicated to those of you who are tired of society, this is a newlywed cooking show where the little girl heals both body and soul, and the cooking begins!

Found a listing on eBay with samples from a new manga called "
Maekawa Micro". From the description:
"
It seems like she took a mysterious medicine and her body became smaller. She's excited to get back to normal, but she's swayed by Koharu and Nana, who think she's a doll... This is a slapstick gag comic with Miku Maekawa as the main character."
Featuring shrinking out of clothes:
If anyone can get the full manga, I'd be grateful!!

I hope this stays as soon as I get paid later. This is the last one in stock, and I gotta get it before it's too late.

Ohhh, that one sold. But don't worry, the same vendor is selling more copies. If only I wasn't so broke right now...

I tried to save, but it's too late. Price on Maekawa Micro went up and then sold out on ebay.
But, I found a site called Otaku Republic, and it's selling it for cheap, free shipping and all. So it should be on the way soon.

Well this is cute. The hero tames powerful spirits like pokémon, and one of them is a flying doll-sized redhead. Only he's the only person who can see them.

Late to the game but got a few recommendations I've come across over time:
Sakai-kun to Chīsana Kanrinin-san is about a grandson coming over to his grandmother's house to find tiny girls basically taking care of it in her absence. Short, sweet, and cute.
The 100 Girlfriends Who Really Love You: Chapter 72 is all dedicated to a girl drinking a shrinking potion by accident and becoming tiny. It's more cute than anything and has her temporarily deal with trying to attend class tiny (with her classmates gushing over her), and has both M/f and F/f for those who enjoy it (plus a couple handheld scenes).
MEGUMIN ANTHOLOGY: TANIMURA MARIKA- TINY MEGUMIN’S ORDINARY DAY is a nice little one-shot from Konosuba with Megumin shrinking down to the size of a doll. As per usual, shenanigans ensure on a small scale.
Sayonara Peter Pan is a
full manga about tiny people (not initially knowing they were tiny), and is a blend of SM and SW. IMO the story peaked in the beginning but nonetheless, I love just how much the manga displays the the perspective and size in this story, as well as the creativity the characters use to live in a world that's too big for them. Plus, a human-size mecha looking like a giant robot. Cool. WARNING: there is violence and gore.
And the last I have on my list for the time being is the aptly named
3-Inch (Guess how tall these characters are, lol) College party gone wrong when the main character wakes up to find himself, well, 3 inches tall. Unfortunately, not translated in English yet (its completed though in Japanese and is up to 50-something chapters in Mandarin). Like Sayonara Peter-Pan, its a mix between SW and SM, but it seems worth the read to me. (Btw, I feel cheated, since I have a story A Trip To Remember that's very much like it, grr... beaten to the punch). Warning: gore, violence and whatnot. Definitely a survival horror. And great for depicting scale.
