Custom clips order questions

So recently I was trying to order a shrinking woman custom clips from Media Impact Customs through customclips4u, but they did not reply me for a while. Anyone knows the process of ordering a custom clip from Media Impact Customs?

Apologies I was in a rush when I sent this message. You should resubmit it and his email should also be there where you can get in contact with him that you put this request in awhile ago. If it isn't you can hit him up on Twitter or Giantess zone to let him know.

I think I did not see his email on customclips4u after I submit the request. So I think now I need to use the twitter to contact him?

It is 4th of July weekend I'd give it until Friday but I'm not gonna lie the last custom I did with him it was like picking tooth and nails

What does the "picking tooth and nails" mean? Does this mean he did bad or have too many restrictions now?

Means that they had a hard time getting their request submitted so in the end they felt like it wasn't particularly worth the time or effort they had to put in. I'm assuming that English isn't your first language nor are you from the US. It could also just be that he's backed up on requests & choosing not to fulfill as many due to time constraints, but I don't know him well enough to verify that.

Correct he still did good but he put it on the side he told me the wait period, I waited patiently but went past the due date not once but twice. He has you putting up a large amount I need you to stay in communication with me...

That video is not my request. But the good news is, he replied me two weeks ago and said that he accepted my requests, but I think I need to wait until October to see my requested videos.

I actually got my custom done from Media Impact Customs. He's a busy guy but he does communicate via Twitter, and once in a while email if there's something urgent that he needs to let you know.
The custom I requested from him kind of teases SW, but moreso the process than the result. You can see it here:
