I understand where you're coming from with what you say, but I don't think the world is quite ready for all movies to just have computerised images of people. Don't get me wrong there's been some great animated films done over the years, and very convincing they've been too in varying degrees. But real flesh and blood actors are irreplaceable for the majority of successful mainstream films.
But as you seem to suggest, there will no doubt be a niche market for a film depicting the way things work on here, which is where the technology you favour might come into its own.
Can we perhaps agree on that? We seem to have been hogging the thread and departing from its theme somewhat.
