Wow that's great news! So funny that the French version features a tiny nude Chiyomi front and center, while the US version is like "For Mature Audiences" LOL

Still hoping that one day the 1990 version will surface somewhere on the internet...

This flew under the radar for all of us...

The Minami kun no Koibito manga finally got a publisher for the US market, and under the title Minami's Lover, it's coming June 23, 2023!

The 2015 version was also disappointing for a lot of other reasons. I wonder if there will be new version made in 3 years or so. It seems like they remake it about every 10 years.

Wow, didn't know there was a French version of the manga, which is strange since it's my native language. I might try to get a copy for myself.

I believe so. The 1990 version is supposedly very close to the source material, that's why I've been looking for it.

I have a request for the people here who have lots of old stuff... I'm looking for two Minami-kun No Koibito things

- the original manga
- the 1994 (I think) adaptation, I remember the girl made a dress out of her glove, which I just find adorable

If you happen to have some of that, I'd be grateful
I had the original manga in French, "La Petite Amie de Minami" but I lost it when I changed computers I think
