Well, Tina Louise (5'9") already towered over Dawn Wells's petite 5'4".

There was a dream sequence episode ('V for Vitamins') where Gilligan climbs the magic beanstalk. Ginger is an elderly (or is she?) captive in the dungeon; Mary Ann plays the lovely castle servant; and the Skipper is the big bad giant (about 12-15 feet tall). Alan Hale also guest-starred on a [i]Land of the Giants[/i] episode, BTW.
