Found a video from Japanese TV show.
It's called TONKOTSU MAHOU SHOUJO GAKUIN which means TONKOTSU Magical Girls Academy.
It is kind of talk show with concept of wizards. In each episode, there are short scenes where the witch girls using their magic spells. And this episode 4, one witch girl uses shrinking spell on her classmate girls!

Simple translation :
Other girls : One, two, three..
Two girls : Can't understand why we have to train our abs. We are witches!
Captain girl : Hey! Are you two slacking off again?
Two girls : Oops! We are sorry!
Captain girl : HAKATAN MINIMUM! (Shrinking spell)
Two girls on a palm : Ahhh! Don't make us tiny! We are sorry! Please forgive us! We are really sorry, please~!
Captain girl : (Blow them)
Two shrunken girls : No!!!
Captain girl : Do not look down on your captain huh!

I like their size and also love how they begging on the captain's palm. Kneeling down and begging for mercy! It is so humiliating to them and make them cute at the same time :)
