Yeah, there's a bunch of stacked concepts here if you're not already familiar. Virt-a-Mate or VAM is the current state of the art in sandbox VR NSFW land, it's a tool built by a single dedicated lunatic optimised for animating human figures and calculating realistic soft tissue physics when they meet. It's built for VR so you can inhabit any figure in the scene, use their hands to move the other figures, view the action from one character while controlling another, etc. It can operate without VR hardware but the mouse interface is obviously clumsy, and you lose the sense of presence and scale. (Particularly relevant to this kink) Probably goes without saying that it needs a serious gaming computer for smooth performance.
As Olo said, the animations above are from a motion capture artist who records movements and expressions using specialist movie & games industry hardware, and packages them into VAM scenes. You can passively play them as-is from any perspective, interrupt to control any character and customise everyone's appearance any way you can imagine. She recently invested in an upgraded suit, thus the increased quality (and price) of the most recent animation.
There's a third level to this in the form of the vamX mod, which frankly adds comprehensible human UI to VAM's core technology. VAM's an incredible application but it's more production tool / programming language than end-user application in its raw form, and perhaps not ideal for one-handed operation.
All of these things are paid content via Patreon subscriptions, because capitalism gets really weird about sex as a business.
