I caught part of an interview Perry did about her upcoming Vegas residency and she mentioned a little bit how it will involve scale and oversized sets and that it was partly influenced by Honey I Shrunk the Kids.

From an article in Vegas Magazine, she says, “I like to bring a visual feast, and this is a set-in-the-’60s, Honey, I Shrunk the Kids movie on mushrooms.”

I don't really know what this is going to end up looking like or if there's exactly something in it for us, but considering she's been known to play around with scale in some of her videos, it might be worth checking out. The show opens December 29th.
