It would be in the budget of shows like this to speed up the footage. It is a pity they don't do it.

Arms, legs, and her hair are basically pendulums. The speed that they oscillate tells you their size. The plants in the background blowing in the wind show the correct speed that things that size move, but the actress's motion is clearly that of a full sized person. If they don't want the squeaky voice, they can pitch correct or dub it in. Or not speed up close-ups where she doesn't move much.
