Mrs. Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuein, episode 312 (there's more in episode 313 & 314). You do have a higher resolution version of that scene, though.
BTW I think it's better to write the show and episode names whenever possible, to make searching easier (other than just a super generic "giant woman and tiny woman").
