Today is Fay Wray's birthday. King Kong was my entryway into the shrunken woman genre. I've lost count of how many times I've seen the movie. If you get a chance, read the novelization that was released just before the movie. It exists in paperback and inexpensive hardback reprints. In in Anne Darrow ends up A LOT more naked at the hands of Kong! Truly worth seeking out.
