I remember reading a story once where incredibly wealthy men (by which I mean Gates/Oil Sheik/Drug Cartel Head rich) bought quantum copies of famous celebrities. Shrinking them to 7" would probably be for the initial acquisition and car-trip home because there is no way something like this would get through airport security. But even with a car trip, 7" makes transport and feeding easier. Getting them home, I would grow them back to around 2' for orientation and integration with the rest of my collection. After that, increases and decreases in height are based on group behavior and voting.

Jennifer Garner would always be #1 on my list.
