This movie is called
Downsizing.
This movie was discussed a lot in the size community. It was in development hell for years before it actually got made. At one point, the married couple was going to be Paul Giamatti and Reese Witherspoon.
Don't waste your time on it. When someone is downsized, they're taken to a tiny community, where they might as well be normal size. It's a shame. The movie could have had a unique visual style if the sets looked giant.
Here is a clip with tiny Maribeth Monroe. The focus is more on Jason Sudeikis though. This is the only SW scene worth watching in the movie, and it's not much.

Here is the only scene with tiny Laura Dern. She doesn't show up again. You have to use your imagination, since the tiny house she's in looks like a normal house.
