I believe it's A Doll Story.

I remember watching an episode of Sabrina the teenage witch, where Sabrina is shrunk by her younger cousin (Amanda) and pretty much in the entire episode Amanda treats Sabrina like a doll, but I can't find the episode, I forgot what it's called.
