Is this a hint Elana? I would guess that the most visits would originate from people without a account. It would be difficult to tell if those people/robots are actually interested in the content of this forum or just crawling with a script though.
Agreed, and I'd also guess that most visitors to the forum are from unknown unregistered people, who we have no way of knowing why they come here (but I think it's safe to say it isn't to further their intellectual studies at college or university). In my view we provide unregistered "visitors" an opportunity to lurk or to troll, without any kind of hindrance whatsoever.
