No, model is not AI generated. The original photo had the model posing on a blanket. I suppose the blanket was covering part of her feet, which resulted in a distorted appearance of her feet after I used Photoshop to erase the original background and transfer her onto her new surface. Such is the way of less-than-perfect stock photos.
