Hey Nighthawk -
That type of edit will be really challenging as you’d have to give her both her arms back, etc. A body swap may be possible, which might be what you meant by “naked” but that would still be a fair deal of work.

I don’t do picture with bloodily fluids of the cum variety, but maybe there is another editor that can help you out.
