You know, rather than just threaten to shrink Bianca, they should have done it. In the "Secret Lab" episode, it's mentioned that after 24 hours, the shrinking becomes permanent. That would have really upped the stakes and forced Toby to give Elizabeth what she wanted.

There's also a King Kong Style episode, where Elizabeth the villain gets caught by a giant koala bear.
