Charming "Baladino" Scene

by chocolatejr9 » Sat Apr 09, 2022 7:23 pm

So I got bored recently, and started looking into Vanguard Animation, an animation company that... honestly has more misses than hits from what I've seen (for reference, these are the guys who made Valiant, Happily N'Ever After, and Space Chimps). Much to my surprise, I found something that kinda looks like SW, but it's a bit of a trippy kind. In the film Charming, the main female character Lenore (who I should probably mention is posing as a man at this point in the film) goes to see some kind of oracle in order to know if she can find love. This leads to a (like I said) trippy scene where the oracle (who I believe is voiced by Sia) sings a song called "Baladino", which I think is a real song, as various illusions go about, which sorta depict Lenore in what looks like some rather small-sized scenarios. Though as I said multiple times, the whole scene is really trippy, so it's a LITTLE hard to tell if it counts as "true SW", but I wanted to share anyways.
