From a pure legal perspective, no sexual act, no breasts, no genitals..should be okay even in Prudeistan.

I have certainly seen worse in actual kids movies

What good would do the report button?
I would see the post..see that it clearly is legal and delete the report.

Reports would only make sense when the content would at least be borderline.
