And now .. the source :
A very nice variety of facial expressions. The hand especially doesn't look like a rendering at all.

Simply awesome. Which each render the face gets improved till it is very lifelike. Even a pair of heels got added!

Now that is impressive. The change from her as a Barbie into the real woman is very good indeed.

Attack of the puppet people:

starring Emma Watson ?

Emma Watson in King Kong:
I think you've just made Mr Dallas's day lol! (he'll be wanting this program when he sees those). :D

Nothing any competent user of Photoshop couldn't easily achieve, but I bet you did it a whole lot quicker eh!

:D , i loaded the kong image, drew a mask over her body and wrote Emma Watson into the prompt. I got 5 five different images in 2 minutes...

The next one has clearly some errors, but i wanted to see one of those famous phicen-dolls ..

Still cool I think I gotta start playing with this..

Did you d/l the version with or without models?

I used the full installer with models, there are still files that the gui will download anyway when they are missing.

Thx really dig that last dekstop pic. I can see the potential. My desktop is 64G with 2080ti. Last week I git a new laptop with a RTX3070ti.

I don't quite see it for story scenarios but definitely for some good 1 off's

If you search for "stable diffusion" and keywords you will find many sites, the inpainting thing is something i started only a few weeks ago. but there are many discord servers that can help you.
It looks more lifelike vs rendered characters. However I think for stories rendering is the way to go. You are right once it evolves...

Quotations in the last three posts are weird. Stuff is getting attributed to the opposite speaker.

(I'm pretty sure it was Bobvan who said this, not ShrinksYou.) I agree that lifelike rendering does not work well for stories. I've seen some comics made using actual models posing for photos, and it just doesn't work dramatically. Scott McCloud's books have some good observations on this issue.

Wait how do you do this? I'm stuck on text to image generator.
This guy offers a simple one-click solution, which will download and install all everything you need and it has a nice gui: https://nmkd.itch.io/t2i-gui
Make sure your pc/laptop has a NVIDIA graphics card with 8GB+, at the moment it is NVIDIA only. That and an image editor like Affinity Photo or Photoshop, GIMP is all you need. And patience. And humour. Some pictures will look like something from your worst nightmares, some will just look simply stupid. But it is all in the choice of your words.
Dang, my setup is very underpowered.

I meant at this stage due to all the errors one may get away with making some decent 1 off's using PS magic to repair errors. Once it evolves there will not be a need for poser or DS.

Not sure if this was something but using my new laptop with i7 12th gen and 3070ti my monitor all went whacky when I attempted to download it. I am writing a system back up image & will try again.

In any case rendering works well for now.

Hello, long time lurker first time posting. I had some pics to share I made with NovelAI. But it seems I can't post any on a brand new account. Or maybe I'm doing something wrong? If so please do tell how would I go about posting an image. It gives me "You can’t post image, email or url links that are external to this domain. Please remove https:// postimages .org" when I try to use the add image to post button.
