For stories it is a bad idea, is not consistent at all

Sometimes I only select boobs and ask it to make them smaller and despite not selecting anything else, it takes the liberty of changing her face on the next result...

I see zero consistency, in characters, clothes, expressions, environments, is not like you can save a lady and than use her on new stuff

You generate one image at a time and change a few selections with unpredictable outcomes, this is more for one time result each prompt
