Presumably this is a real entry in a long running series and came out in 2018, but wherever I look up comics, the issue seems to be a completely different story. Does anyone have any info on this?

I figured, but the story isn't in there - I'm searching sites like readcomicsonline to see the thing but that issue has a totally different story and doesn't feature a 2nd one.

Checking with the local comic shop or comic distributor could clear this up. Or perhaps an email to Antarctic Press and/or Fred Perry.

And yes, this description doesn't sound like the other ones posted:
"Dr. Shrynker is a madman with an evil mind! When Gina and Penny crash upon the doctor’s isle, Gina is shrunken by his laser ray! Will she always be so small? Or will she be lucky and get away? The only ones with the answer to that riddle are the Pirate Ninja Leprechauns, who sold the stolen ‘shrinkie’ tech to the doctor in the first place!"

is there any good sw issue in that series, for what I see is mainly giantesses, but it's not impossile
