Old Ultraman Scene?

I need help finding an old episode or scene from one of Ultraman shows. There's a scene where an Ultraman crashes into an evil female captain's base and grabs her. The girl captain is in a blue uniform skirt, kinda screamy, and she and her army has been fighting against the Ultraman.
So if anybody can find this scene, let me know.

It really looks like a beautiful scene. But precisely which version of Ultraman's telesiva series would it be? is it recent?

I would assume it's from the live-action, not the animated shows?
