Shrunken women board

Does anyone know of an anime/manga that was posted some time in the last couple of years that involved a shrunken couple hiding from the woman's dog? She imagined that if the dog found her he would be so happy he would lick her makeshift toga right off of her.

Am I nuts, did I imagine this?

You might be referring to To-Love-Ru Darkness, Chapter 54. Although I don't have a copy of the anime episode.
