The best fit I could find was "The women of Manera", which seems to be just a random collection of pictures with no actual story.

Yeah it's from "The Women of Manara", sadly it's the only panel.
I really wish Manara would have done his version of Alice in Wonderland, like he did Gulliver's Travels.

Tracked down a few clues from Elana's link, it's actually a piece called
