Yeah it's from "The Women of Manara", sadly it's the only panel.
I really wish Manara would have done his version of Alice in Wonderland, like he did Gulliver's Travels.

Tracked down a few clues from Elana's link, it's actually a piece called Water Barbie from a 1994 all-star art book The Art of Barbie. Yes, that's the doll up there. Thanks, SW boarders!
