Shrunken women board

The only thing i remember is it was about a guy that shrinks his step sister and step mother well his dads away in put them in a cage with his dads lab rats to play with them

I remember that one from the old VSW board. A quick look through the wayback machine and I couldn't find it, but that might be because of the last time the old site was archived there. I sadly don't have any clues to author or even the name. But now it's itching my brain.
