Shrunken women board

There's a new game out called sons of the forest and there's a new character there named Virginia, she is a 3 armed and 3 legged woman, since the game is about mutation, i figured what if something more happened to her, like becoming doll sized perhaps?
I wish to see some pics of that please and thank you
