Supers vs evil Pocketeers part 2

"Well, I believe he had a secret lab somewhere, kinda like a spy movie or something." The Sixth Sense made his way inside and began to look around, trying to remember exactly where it was.

[Elana]

A secret lab? Is it hidden behind a rotating book shelf..or maybe a slide in a grandfather clock?

"Now that you mention it, I think it WAS a bookshelf. There's a library in here, somewhere, which should have it."

[Prof Sai]

Walking about aimlessly, Rex finds a sleeping man. Should she wake him up? Looking around she also sees the little person again. Or is that a different little one? Rex goes to see.

The Sixth Sense, still heading for the library, noticed that Rex wasn't around. "I feel like I should be keeping a closer eye on that dog..."

[Elana]

This sounds suspiciously like Rex ventured into an are it shouldn't have been able to.
Silly dogs

But indeed the shrunken cop tries to hide from both Oxnard and the gigantic dog.
While at the same time still try to see an escape route she could take.

"Finally," the Sixth Sense said as he got to the library, "if I had known I'd be coming back so soon, I would have better memorised this place. Now which bookshelf was it?"

[Prof Sai]

The little person wants to play hide and seek! Rex knows how to play that!

The Sixth Sense began checking the bookshelves, hoping to find the entrance. Unfortunately, being a library meant that could very well take a while...

[Elana]

As the tiny cop sees the dog moving toward her hiding place she panics and tries to run toward the exit.
(She should really know better than that )

"Alright. I've only been doing for half a minute, but I hate every second of it." The Sixth Sense still hadn't found the secret entrance, and he knew he wouldn't find it any sooner, at this rate. If only someone made some noise in the lab, that might help direct him...

[Prof Sai]

"Haaaaoooooooooooooooooo!!!!!"

(It just needed to be said.)

"AHA!" What a coincidental... coincidence. The Sixth Sense followed the sound to the bookshelf it originated from and began the attempt to open it.

[Prof Sai]

Someone please let the dog out.

There was an odd howl coming from the lad. Oxnard groaned and as he opened his eyes. He could barely see anything but it was blurred images of a brown-blackish blob and a little pink speck running. He tried getting up but the ion battery to his warsuit was drained. He was stuck on the ground. He looked up at his terminal monitor. There were blurred images of texts and words but he couldn't make them out. All this to the score of some movie.

(A bit late but I have returned)

The dog licks Oxnard's face.

He didn't expect this as his eyes adjusted. Oxnard didn't expect to see the same dog from before. How did it even get into his sublab? He tried getting up but he couldn't budge; the suit was out of juice and all he could do was lay there. Still, tbis part of the lab was also audio controlled.

"System 101, sub code: Protocol 3 activate."
The monitors turnes off the movie and switched to a warsuit stability and status marker. His suit was marked as offline.

"Begin auto-extract and set MK I for a complete repair and battery recharge."

Two metal arms clamped onto his suit and lifted him up on his feet. Then came another arm and attached to a port in the back of his suit which opened the hull. Oxnard dropped out and fell on his hands and knees. Hks body was still numb and it would br a while until he could regain his physical strength.

"Hey, is something going on in there?!?" The Sixth Sense had spent a somewhat-embarressing amount of time trying to get into the lab, but the sudden commotion at least let him know he was on the right track.

Oxnard heard an echo coming from the stairway entrance to his base. He originally planned to use the house scanners but that might not be possible.........of course.

"System 101; open Shelf entrance,"

This would allow open the bookshell entrance and lead fown a flight of stairs going down eight stories below the mansion. Oxnard could barely get up. His body wad completely numb and his heart rate was weak.

The Sixth Sense bolted down the stairs, not bothering to question how the entrance opened by itself, and wound up in the lab. "Gah... woo... I forgot how deep this was..." he said, exhaustedly.

[Elana]

The former burglar jumps down stairs behing the sixth sense

You think it is deep, try climbing down stairs at my size

Oxnard grabbed the leg of the table and struggled to get back up. His knees and joints wobbled and felt like jelly. He nearly fell a few times before finally proping himself up.

"Well then... you seem like you've been busy." The Sixth Sense said, looking around the lab and the mess that may or may not have been caused by game of cat-and-mouse... or rather, dog-and-shrunken-woman...

"You could say I had a little "Pest" problem and I may have over done a fee things," oxnard tried to keep himself up. His legs wobbled a few times.

"Let me guess, you're having problems with the "little ladies"? Eh? Eh?" Okay, the Sixth Sense had to admit that that was both terrible and slightly inappropriate.
