They're mostly UK comics from the 70s, they were published weekly and had different styles and target audience. Shrinking seemed a rather common plot, and I'm sure there are loads more out there. There's also some more "adults" comics, I know the "Zora the Vampire" series had two shrinking stories, one has been posted around here a couple of times. The other one ("Mini Zora") has never been found, only a couple of scans here and there.

This next story I only have a single issue, it's called "The Great Big World Of Minnie Hopper".

Plot

When 14-year-old Minnie Hopper accidentally spoiled the Wambashi African Dancers’ stage act, Banshena, the troupe’s witch doctor, put a spell on Minnie. Banshena’s spell made Minnie shrink to a height of only 9 inches! Minnie followed the troupe to ask Banshena to reverse the spell, but when the life of one of the dancers was threatened, they went into hiding at a secret address.

I've found a couple issues from the "Mini-Mum!" series (in Mandy #1052)... the end is very interesting (seems she shrinks whenever she's in contact with water/rain), I wish I could find the rest.

Plot

"Pat Purdy has big problems after her Mum gets shrunk down to doll size by a weird washing powder, invented by Jeff Watson, the boy next door."
