Shrunken women board

A few months ago there was post on Giantess City about a foreign ad dealing with a job search engine and, of course, featured with a giant woman talking to a tiny man. The commercial itself was good but I was hoping there would be another commercial except this one would have a tiny woman in it. Well a few weeks ago I got curious and look what I found.
