I think that's Shrinking Violet, from back in the 50s or 60s. Do you know where the rest of the comic is? I'm wondering if he grabs her.

I own that comic and it is Shrinking Violet from the 1970s. It's issue 255 of "Superboy and the Legion of Superheroes." He doesn't grab her, he grabs the lens she's holding and helps her get it to her friends. The last page is Vi sitting on the lens and Superboy saying: "I have the weirdest feeling I've seen you like this before!"
GF: "I should warn you that I'm about to get shorter."
Me: "You make that sound like it's a bad thing!"
