Great find. Watched the first episode. Some of the effects are great, some not so, but this will be fun to watch.

Nice find! It's basically a Malaysian remake of Minami-kun no Koibito. Looks like there are 13 episodes.

They kind of cheaped out a little on the wardrobe and prop budget. Everything she wears or interacts with just looks like regular objects, nothing looks like authentically 'doll sized' versions of anything. No big deal, but that was my main takeaway.

Since she was given doll clothes, you would think they could have a tailor make clothes out of blankets or canvas to give them that thicker doll clothes look.

Also, very important note : only the first episode is subbed. I've been looking everywhere for a full translation but so far I've come up empty. I've tried some speech-to-text AIs but the results were really poor.

It would be in the budget of shows like this to speed up the footage. It is a pity they don't do it.

Arms, legs, and her hair are basically pendulums. The speed that they oscillate tells you their size. The plants in the background blowing in the wind show the correct speed that things that size move, but the actress's motion is clearly that of a full sized person. If they don't want the squeaky voice, they can pitch correct or dub it in. Or not speed up close-ups where she doesn't move much.
