Shrunken women board

Many years ago, I read on some website a story of a woman who lived in a town of little people, she was on the beach and a boy in swim trunks comes from the sea, captures it and swims back with her to her civilization, she passes living with him and his older brother... Does anyone remember that story, would anyone have it? I think she was called: "From de sea"
