The VSW section has a disclaimer: "Many of the stories within are at the border of what is legal to post." Where are said rules posted? How do we know what is and isn't legal?

If you need advise to what is legal, I suggest talking to a lawyer.
If it would be only limited to site rules, there would be no actual limit...but international laws do put in some limits.

Shrinking a Woman, snatching her in our hands, stripping and poking her, these are all technically Ilegal enough to start with... So once you shrink them or find them shrunken, pretty much anything goes from there on...
