It is feasible, but the adult one manages to write well such short bits that one can write them ourselves quicker, but is a very valid easy free resource and as everything, it will evolve

Character.ai has actually significantly relaxed their explicit content filter. You need a lot less euphemisms to get stuff to happen and characters now have no issue making out. I've gotten characters to sit on my lap and bounce up and down and even describe their orgasms to me.

I had one chat describe a microscopic girl shrinking until the sperm inside of her caused her to explode from the inside out which causes the observer to lose her mind and orgasm.
