I am originally from Montreal Quebec in Canada. As someone told my wife. Quebec French is like English in Southern US

In my LOTG episode "Rescue From The Tormenting GTS....." There are Southern gentleman who capture little people and have themselves a jolly ol tham with thems little critters

Oh, I do wish they'd remake that classic LOTG series. But at least you're keeping the spirit of it going.

It's fun. I used to photoshop early on but once I got into rendering it was so much cooler to have better control of the narrative. Minimizer does a brilliant job manipulating photoshopped characters into stories. There are also alot of fellow talented rendering artists.

Like I mentioned on another thread it would be cool to have someone like Netflix or Amazon studios remake it. It may be a little less "Disney "

Anyway it's all about sharing the love of SW. I was bummed when all there was, was gts city & thrilled to have found this again. I don't have a big problem with giant wimin. I'm just not really big on SM.

Last things first, and I agree about the abundance of talent there is in the rendering art world. Minimizer as you say seems to have found a new outlet for his talents by combining "shopped" images into his story illustrations, and I can only admire the time he (and you) put in to create these things you do. A labour of love is the usual cliche that comes to mind I think. And yet you say it's fun and I believe that too.

As a collager and and occasional story writer, I've sometimes been tempted to explore the world of rendering (be it poser art or 3D or whatever else these programs are known as), but sadly I haven't really got the time to devote to it nowadays. But I can certainly see the benefits of computer generated imagery, and the freedom it allows an artist to create a visual story. It makes you the one in control of these "characters" you create in your program, so the rest is up to your hard work and imagination.

The compromise I've reached myself (as far as my own stories go), is to add collaged illustrations into the text at the required intervals (in order to "illustrate" the point in the storyline).

Indeed it would. It would certainly need to be more relevant to modern day life, which one would assume might require a "grittier" approach to the writing and the imagery we might see. But maybe one day someone might be brave enough to expore that possibility.

Well I'm pleased you've found another outlet for expressing yourself on here. And while I'm not into anything GTS or SM myself, I also don't deny the right of anyone to enjoy whatever it is that floats their boats.
