Well, there was a cartoon adaptation of "Fantastic Voyage" which had an SW in it, but usually accompanied by a guy. There have been numerous animes that had a shrinking heroine. Pretty much every magic or sci-fi based cartoon has had a shrunken woman in it - The old (60s - 70s) Sabrina for example. I'm sure there are more!

Never saw the whole episode before! Only the handheld scene, so thanks a lot for that.
