Well, I like to think he'd have swum back to Skull Island with Ann on his back, and the natives would have held a marriage ceremony.

No of course he wouldn't have attempted to mate with her (let's keep it real folks). He might have felt horny but he wasn't stupid! So I've no doubt they'd have gone down the adoption route, and probably gone for a surrogate ape mother if Kong wanted an heir.

Another possibility is, they both stayed in America after getting married and Kong became a much sought after movie star. With Ann as his co-star, they could have featured in sequels (and a remake perhaps). Television would have demanded them too, not only on various talk shows (with Ann doing the talking and interpreting for him), but also guesting on soaps, cooking programs, sports events, and just about anything else you can think of! I think it's fair to imagine it would be a happy marriage, with no hint of any show business affairs (and most certainly not on her part!)
