In Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2, There are 2 stages in the game where the characters are very tiny which are Jimmy's lab And Messy Kitchen And there are 7 female fighters.

From what I've seen there are no items in the game at all or any status effects.
On the somewhat bright side, Jimmy's Lab is centered on a workbench where his shrink ray is visible, so it kind've sets the scene.

The characters just aren't very attractive though. A robot girl, muscular girls, an old woman, and stylized blob drawings. April is okay, but that is it.
So it is just a cheap knockoff of Smash Bros.
