Marta works hard every day supervising the women who work on her line. Unfortunately, it seems that her boss, Kelsey, seems to have it out for her, looking for any excuse to write her up. One of her friends offers her a solution to her problem: a vial of extremely potent chemical that can cause whoever is exposed to it to shrink. Despite how amazing it would make her feel, Marta resists the temptation to use it on her boss...that is, until she tries to fire her one day. Now Kelsey is getting smaller and smaller, and Marta isn't going to stop shrinking her until she puts the tiny woman into her place.
